• ADHESIVE - pure liquid Phenol Formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to BWP grade specified in IS: 848-1974
  
  
• BLOCK BOARD CORE - made of carefully selected seasoned hardwood timber after preservative treatment as per IS: 401-1982
  
  
• CROSS BANDS - consist of well peeled smooth veneer conforming to IS: 710-1976
  
  
• FACE VENEER - made of either commercial or decorative veneers.
  
  
• LIPPING - Teak wood Lipping is provided if required.
  
  
• STILE - made of well-selected seasoned timber having good screw holding capabilities.

Our Flush Doors are of guaranteed quality, structurally strong and dimensionally stable for both internal and external uses. Excellent quality flush doors are manufactured from select timber and are of solid core construction. Doors are framed in seasoned hard wood battens and pressed at high pressure with phenol formaldehyde. Our flush doors act as insulation's against heat and sound.
